Day Twenty: Guilty Pleasure


Over the last few months I have desperately wanted to lose weight but I have found it really difficult because I cannot keep away from chocolate. I eat chocolate when I am happy, when I am sad, when I am bored or stressed. I cannot resist ordering a chocolate dessert after a meal or coming out of a shop with some kind of chocolate in my hand. I love curling up on a cold night with a huge mug of hot chocolate.

I am even typing this with a huge bar of Dairy Milk Caramel sitting beside me…
